For sealed products and for products in the clothing category, Ogreb Collecting accepts returns on the product up to 14 days after receipt.
The right of return applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (it is possible, for shipping, to use a different packaging box in the event of loss or breakage of the original).
The attachment of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product must be strictly avoided in all cases.

Sealed Products
Return conditions: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the product does not have scratches, breakages or alterations of any kind.
How to make a return:
- Contact us within a maximum of 14 days of delivery by sending an email to ogreb.collecting@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the product and indicating the order number.
- Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with all the shipping instructions for the item, which will be at your expense.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund within 5/7 working days.
Clothing
Return conditions: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the items have not been worn, washed or damaged and if the original label is still intact.
How to make a return:
- Contact us by email at ogreb.collecting@gmail.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
- Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with all the shipping instructions for the item, which will be at your expense.
- The refund will be issued within 5/7 business days from confirmation of receipt
Single or Graded Card
Single and graded cards are sold “as they are” with detailed descriptions and photos of their condition. We therefore do not accept returns for these cards, except for shipping errors from our side.
Important note on RETURNS
- Return shipping costs: to be paid by the buyer.
- Products damaged during transport: Ogreb Collecting is not responsible for any damage or problems related to damage to the products during transport. However, we will take care of organizing the best packaging. Furthermore, Ogreb Collecting is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
